The brief
From handwritten answer sheets and Excel files to a nationwide digital competition connecting thousands of young minds.
IQM was a national quiz initiative that brought students from across India into one competition. Students from rural schools, towns and major cities could register, take part in challenges, track their progress and compete for a place in the national finale.
The existing process was almost entirely manual. Students answered questions on OMR sheets, results were entered into Excel, teams were shortlisted by hand, and the journey from registration to the final event depended on people moving information from one stage to the next.
We digitised the entire experience.
Registration to finale
We designed and built a complete digital ecosystem that followed a student through every stage of the competition.

More than a quiz
The real challenge was not building a quiz. It was digitising an entire national-level operation.
Registration, participation, scoring, rankings, qualification, communication and finalist management all had to work as one connected system.
What once needed OMR sheets, spreadsheets and manual coordination became a single digital workflow.
Designed for students
The application was designed to make a complicated competition feel simple and engaging for a young participant.
Every interaction had a purpose: take the challenge, see your result, understand your position and know what comes next. The UX became one of the defining strengths of the platform.
The UX got noticed
The experience attracted attention beyond the original project.
After seeing the IQM application, Paytm approached the client to explore building a similar experience for its own quiz offering, which students could access directly through Paytm Play.
A platform built to digitise a physical competition became a reference point for another major digital product.
Paper to platform
IQM transformed a manually operated national competition into a connected digital journey for young participants across India.
A process that once moved through paper forms, OMR sheets and Excel became a platform managing the entire journey, from registration to the national stage.
